Fit perfect in the stock hole. Sounds fine - not going to knock your socks off but is comparable to the stock one. I soldered all the spade terminals on as they are a bit loose, and the instructions just say to bend them to fit... be a real shame to have to pull the whole deal apart again if a wire vibrated off.

A Great improvement over the factory unit, the quality of construction materials is far superior. The instructions are easy to understand and the pictures made the replacement a snap. The sound is Jeep shaking!

Installed on a 2002 TJ. Has been installed for a little over 4 months and have not had any issues. Replacement instructions were straight forward, sound is good, nice option for replacing the blown factory speaker. Overall, happy with the purchase.
