The lever works fine with the cable. The thing is the noise it generates when using the OX cable and lever. Tried to adjust out the hissing sound with no luck. I guess it is part of a mechanical connection to the drivetrain. I am converting to pneumatic engagement. I could have saved the $200.- for lever and cable after all.
