Good value. I didn't have any alignment issues, but as Ricardo said, you'll either need to use a ground strap or grind off the powder coat inside the bolt/mount holes as well as on the underside of the mount hole and on the outside surface of the bolt holes where the washers sit.
I used a Dremel with a cone-shaped grinding bit and it took all of 5 minutes.
Only 3 stars because you shouldn't have to modify a part out of the box to make it work.
