Perfect fit. Depending how many wires you have behind the panel, it can be difficult to get seated.

Looks good and contrary to other reviews it fits correctly but you have to press downward so that lower catches engage properly. The panel’s molded spot for the upper panel retention clips is too thin to allow the retention clips to spread out enough to lock into the dash so you will need to use a couple of screws just inboard of each clip to hold the panel in place. Black 1” trim screws look good here. Other than that, be prepared to file & adjust the spacing between your switches so that they don’t interfere with each other. For quality of design its a 3. For the final look it looks great and its a 5. So I averaged my score to a low 4 because to get the “5” look, you need to take your time and use some craftsman skills. I’d recommend it if you can do that. It does need some manufacturer redesign to allow better space between the switches and to correct the 2 trim panel clip locations per above.

Same problem. I'm using it as a mount for my 2-meter radio remote, which works well enough as a convenient location - if the clips worked. As a work around, I am considering drilling holes and using plastic body trim fasteners to hold in place.

This could be an excellent product if Daystar would make the clips fit. It takes some extra work to get the clips to fit and hold. It is just a matter of trial and error to get the clips to grasp and hold. If you are willing to spend the time trying to guess that aspect this is a good product, otherwise, it will be very frustrating. 4 clips would be nice but the clips holders need to be made like the OEM part that is being removed so that they would fasten easily and quickly.

I have the same problem. There should be 4 clips instead of just 2. It falls out all the time. I'm looking for a replacement, then I'll throw this one in the garbage.

Doesn't fit the way its described. the top clips don't stay clipped in and it always keeps falling out. I ripped it out and just let my 2 switches hang until i find a better solution.
