Replacing top on 2015 2dr. Frame was a Besttop originally off an 08 2dr. Will this still fit that frame.
No, the Bestop Sailcloth Replace-a-top (7914635) will not fit a 2008 soft top frame.
While the 2007–2018 Jeep Wrangler JK body stayed largely the same, Bestop and Jeep made a significant change to the soft top hardware in 2010. The 2010–2018 frames (including your 2015) use a different attachment method at the door surrounds and headers compared to the 2007–2009 versions.

To be clear: Are these 3 windows able to be rolled up? Specifically the rear window can be rolled up while the rest of the roof remain on? Thanks
The rear window can be rolled up. The side quarter windows cannot be left zipped at the top for roll-up use. They need to zip all the way out when not in use. Thanks for your question.
