The hard top in the picture looks exactly like my top on my 1991 yj.
Is there any specific on the thermal properties?

Here's what we know about the temperature and sound reduction:
Insulation: The product description states it insulates the interior from heat and cold, suggesting it will help maintain a more comfortable temperature inside your Jeep.
Thickness: This headliner is 1 inch thick, which contributes to its thermal insulation properties.
Sound Deadening: Boom Mat headliners are primarily known for reducing noise. This specific product reduces noise levels by 3 to 4 decibels.
While the exact temperature reduction isn't quantified, the insulation provided by the 1-inch thick material will contribute to a noticeable difference in interior temperature by reducing heat transfer from the outside in hot weather and retaining warmth in cold weather.
We couldn't confirm fitment in a YJ. Even though the inside of the top looks similar, there are differences in the tops that would cause the TJ version to not fit without modification.

My 2000 Jeep TJ Sahara has rollbar with speaker pods. Which Boom Mat Headliner should I order?

This model is for 97-02 factory sound bar. 03-06 Sound pods mount behind the sport bar and would be better served getting the 03-06 version with appropriate cutouts for the 03-06 factory sound pod design. If a 97-02 has added 03-06 sound pods, they could also opt for the 03-06 Boom Mat. Thanks for your inquiry.

Do you have any kits for a 91 JEEP Wrangler YJ or an
87 JEEP Cherokee XJ ?

No, unfortunately they do not offer YJ and XJ applications. Sorry for the inconvenience.

What is the difference between this one and the one for 03-06? It looks like it might have something to do with the sound bar.

Yes, you are correct. The 03-06 has material trimmed away for sound bar pods on 03-06 models. Thanks for your inquiry.
