Will the adhesive hold in extreme hot weather, +100 degrees? I believe my hardtop is oem, it does have some texture to it

High Heat Performance: The adhesive used in the Boom Mat Hardtop Sound Deadening Headliner for 03-06 Jeep Wrangler TJ features a high-temperature peel-and-stick backing designed to withstand extreme cabin and roof temperatures exceeding 100°F.
Surface Preparation for Textured OEM Hardtops: Because factory OEM hardtops feature a textured fiberglass finish, proper prep is critical to ensure a permanent bond.
Thoroughly clean the interior roof surface using an automotive wax and grease remover or isopropyl alcohol to eliminate any mold release agents, dust, or residue.
Ensure the surface and ambient temperature are within the recommended range (typically above 60°F to 70°F) during installation to activate the pressure-sensitive adhesive fully.
Use a roller or firm hand pressure across the entire surface of each panel to press the adhesive deep into the textured grain of the fiberglass.

i have a 2005 jeep tj, but the top is from a 2000 jeep tj. should i still get the one for the 2005 for the speaker pods cut out? or go with the 2000 jeep tj style?

If you have 03-06 sound pods, the headliner with the appropriate cutouts would be suggested. Thanks for your inquiry.

What temp should this Boom Mat be installed it is about 60 degrees in my shop. My top is not factory and has like a felt like finish sprayed on it, will this stick? Also can it be installed without removing top?

This kit is designed to fit Jeep Wranglers equipped with factory hardtops. They do not make a statement regarding temperatures upon install, but the warmer the temperature is, the better the adhesive can cure. It may not adhere appropriately in aftermarket tops with a surface not like original equipment. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I store my top outside in FL during the dry months (sept to April). Will this boom mat survive that without ruining?

As long as it is stored where water cannot sit on the actual liner this should not be an issue. I confirmed the same with Boom Mat as well.
