No, it will not interfere with the opening and closing of the door as usual.

This is the hinged reinforcement only and can be used with the factory tire carrier. The adjustable tire carrier can be purchased separately or in a kit with both, which is suggested for sizes 35" and greater. Thanks for your inquiry.

The factory carrier should likely still be okay to run with a 315. Larger sizes than 33" OD and those with wheels with aftermarket backspace should strongly consider adding the adjustable mount. Thanks for your inquiry.
