Does installation require removal of front seats, and/or removal of center console?
My 2001 Wranger TJ has automatic transmission, not manual, if that makes a difference.

Does this have cutouts or anything for the drain holes? I'm wondering how well it works to let water drain out when say, some unknown person that is definitely not me misses a forecast and leaves the top down in a rainstorm.
No, it does not. They do not reference the use of plugs in installation. If you would prefer their function, you will need to trim them. Thanks for your inquiry.
