Compatibility Limitation: No, the TeraFlex 4838250 Alpha Hi-Lift Jack Mount Kit is specifically engineered to bolt exclusively onto the proprietary TeraFlex Alpha HD Hinged Spare Tire Carrier. It cannot be mounted directly to the factory tailgate or a separate Mopar tailgate reinforcement kit.
Requirements: To use this specific hi-lift jack mount, your Jeep JK must be equipped with the matching TeraFlex HD hinged carrier system, as the mounting bracket utilizes custom pre-drilled bolt patterns and structural support points unique to that specific aftermarket tire carrier.

Will this fit if you have a 37” spare installed?
In short, yes, you'll be able to use with up to a 37", but additional parts will be required. Alpha Hi-Lift Jack Mount Kit REQUIRES the Alpha HD Hinged Spare Tire Carrier Kit (#12226-2021 or w/ 5x5” Mount Kit: # 12226-2022) and Alpha HD Adjustable Spare Tire Mount Kit (5x5”: #12226-2020 or 5x5.5”: # or 8x6.5”: ). The Alpha HD Hinged Spare Tire Carrier allows adjustment for up to 37" tire when used in conjunction with the HD Adjustable Spare Tire Mounting Kit.

That is correct. There is a built in CB antenna mount in this bracket.
