What is the tube diameter, & wall thickness?
Hello, the tubing is a little over 2" OD with 1.77" ID and 3 mm wall thickness. Thank you for your question.

I have a hard top Jeep. Would I still be able to take the top off with this roof rack?
Yes, you can. You can tilt the rack back and out of the way when you want to install your hardtop.
