works perfectly I had it for 8 years until I sold the tj and had no issuse at all

To Marty F that says the letters on the bracket are backwards. The mounting tabs on the bracket mount towards the hood, not away from it. The bracket in the photo is mounted upside down. Also, bracket may not fit aftermarket hoods. The center brace is wider on aftermarket hoods and may hit the bracket.

Does what it was intended to do, but some idiot put the H and L letters into it backwards (see attached picture). Anyone who looks at it will say who made this piece of crap. They will not want it in their jeeps for this reason. Embarrassing.

The parts and the struts were good quality but the design was not functional. No matter how tight the clamps were installed on the radiator braces the clamps would rotate out of place after just 2 closings. Very poor design. I am returning it even if they don't give me a refund.
