The window crank(s) arrived with no issue. but there is NO SCREW... I was informed after the fact that Original Screws must be used... if I had the original screw and window crank I would NOT have had to order a replacement. The reason I purchased this Crank was due to the fact the other stated that you had to purchase all of the parts separate. Not Happy
