These come packaged to fit the box. Do I need a bender to straighten them out or is it resilient enough to straighten by hand. The last thing I want to do is kink it

While the steel used in brake lines has some resilience, it's not designed to be straightened significantly by hand without risking damage. Using a dedicated brake line straightening tool is the safest and most effective method.

I have a 1985 CJ with manual brakes. Front disc and rear drums. What is the correct brake line kit for my application.

Omix Ada is not showing the 81-86 standard disc in front application, but classic tubing does offer a kit for that variety of brake front and rear. Please see the following link for part number 22705-04
Classic tubing hard line kit 83-86 CJ-7 Standard Disc. Thanks for your inquiry.

The questions and answers here are confusing. I have a CJ7 with manual brakes, front disc and rear drum. Which kit is correct for my application?

What year CJ7? The kits are referring to which front brake option you model has. A 76-80 CJ-7 with Manual disc in front would use Omix part number 16767.42 or OE 531005 76-80 CJ-7 with Manual front Disc brakes . Thanks for your inquiry.

Is this for the wide track axles?

Yes, it will.

I'm assuming this is front disc and rear drum? (i.e. not disc on all 4 corners)

That is correct.
