Does this include the brake line splitter?
This is just the lines and fittings. If you are referring to the proportioning valve, that is not included.

does it come with the 2 curled brake lines, that one comes from the refilling reservoir and the other one from the brake booster and they both connect to the brass brake line splitter
Yes the two coils coming from the master cylinder are included with this kit
