A reserve/overflow tank was necessary after I installed an aluminum radiator with an outlet pipe . It mounted over the duraspark ignition module . If the ignition module is trouble free ( if ) , then dismounting it may never be necessary . Only three bolts to mount . Plenty of capacity .
