Solid and fit without modification. My 88 YJ Sahara had caps (like my 95 yj) where these are now installed. So I guess it's nice having extra bump protection with a higher lead spring kit like I have on it, the 1.5" Superlift.

The replacement bump stop was not original equipment replacement. It was 3 times smaller than original

The unit I received did not fit. This unit was much shorter than what I have now
