Does the mat cover the entire back with the seat out? I have my back seat out of my 2004 jeep wrangler.
No, the Quadratec Ultimate All Weather Rear Cargo Liner is specifically designed to fit the cargo area behind the rear seat (when the seat is in its normal upright position).
If you have the rear seat removed from your 2004 Jeep Wrangler TJ, this mat will only cover the rear portion of the floor (approximately 25.5" front-to-back) and will leave the forward section of the tub—where the seat used to be—unprotected.

Is this cargo liner designed to work with the rear seat flipped up. Can the rear seat still lock in the down position with this mat in place?
It can be used both ways. Added trimming is required for use engaging the rear fold and tumble seat mount bracket latching points. Thanks for your inquiry.

Will this fit the cargo area of a LJ?

Does this cargo liner come with holes cut out already for seat belts. If so I was looking for one that doesn't and goes up and covers the sides as well.. thanks..
