This product was delivered to two days, it is solid and was easy to install. Total time from the moment I opened the box, collected my tools and cleaned up afterward was only 40 minutes. I did need to clarify one thing with customer service; the wiring harness package says it’s for “2007 - 2013” JK and mine Jeep is the 2015 Unlimited JK. The representative said no problem the plugs are the same for all years through 2018. It worked perfectly. My time included watching their video.

Installing this hitch and wiring hardness should be made into a Staples commercial... "Well that was easy", it literally took me more time to find my torque ratchet than to install the whole system. Great job Quadratec! Quality product, easy install at an unbeatable price.

I was impressed with the overall quality and ease of installation. You should be able to install within an hour; make sure you view the video and follow the instructions. It took a little bit of wiggling and bumping to get the bolt holes lined up then started, but a snug fit is what you want. Don't try to align all the holes up initially; do either the far left or right, start a bolt, then use a rubber mallet to get the other holes lined up. Make sure you start from tail light end and work towards the hitch when installing the fastening clips; they are located exactly where they need to be, so work from the attached end to the loose end. I received this in 2 days; thanks Quadratec!

Opened the box and was impressed by the quality of the Hitch receiver--all the welds are perfect , OEM wiring +color printed instructions+OEM Mopar Hitch Cover.
Probably the best JK Tow Hitch set on the market.

Great deal compared to OEM jeep tow package. Easy to install, just take your time with wiring harness and get it all in place before fastening. Mine was damaged in transit but Quadratec replaced and all was good.

Great product. This is an easy install, the wiring was a little difficult to route to the hitch but not that bad.

Like many others have said , easy to install. Both wiring and hitch, looks like it came from the factory, I'll be ordering more parts and accessories from here.
