No, this is along the Driver's side under the floor pan and over the front pipe and exhaust loop. Thanks for your inquiry.

I assume this does not include extra hardware such as the 68004878AA nuts associated with mounting this heat shield?
You are correct, this is just the stamped aluminum panel.
