No, the Quadratec QR3 Front Tube Winch Mount Bumper with Hoop with Rear Tube Bumper & Side Steps does not block or obstruct traditional frame-mounted hitch receivers.
does the front bumper support flat towing?
This bumper is not rated for flat towing.
I just purchased and am installing the QR3 bumper kit. Which front winch mounting plate goes with this front bumper?

Will this bumper fit with a frame mounted hitch
Check with the hitch that you have installed. If it is like most that attach to the inside of the frame then there should be room.
