Fast and easy installation, comes with two tie straps, I used a few more just to tidy up a little. Works great, used the same day I installed without hassle, on scale from 1 to 10 on install (with 10 be most difficult), I give this a 1.

Quick and easy install and works perfect. I did not have to reverse any wiring. Everything works perfect the way it came.
