Hello receive it and went to put it on the jeep winch , the product was well made and look good, but when I took the snap ring out of the pin , it broke, its made of poor quality metal, I call Quadratec and customer service answer. They were great and helpful want to send a new one the next day. I when to auto part store. Brought a good quality snap ring. I install it and use it and it work great, I want to tell customer service about the cheap snap ring and to let the company know about it. But I would recommend it to a friend. once again thanks for the fast response. Customer service was great thanks!!
