It is at least 1" thick, they have a good reputation, and I'm hoping the coating lasts.

Works great and looks good. Wish it came with the bolts that were as fancy as the hawse but that stretching it.

Very nice looking. Came with NO hardware. You would think for $70 plus they would include the mounting bolts and nuts. Another $5 at Home Depot and it's mounted.
