Yes, the Lange Originals 014-310 Power Hoist-a-Top works on the Jeep Wrangler TJ Unlimited (LJ) model (2004–2006).

While the factory hardtop for the LJ is longer than a standard TJ hardtop, this hoist system is fully compatible and includes the weight capacity and physical adjustment capability needed to lift and balance the longer Wrangler Unlimited hardtop safely.
Can you buy a longer remote cable for a ceiling mount

Can I just buy the t-bar assy. I bought the hoist a few years ago for another jeep

How long are the power and pendant cables?
The power cable is 2 feet long, the remote cable is 6 feet.
do you just sell the "t section of the hoist"? Mine finally gave out but the motor is still 100% in working shape.

This model is compatible from CJ-7 model years until 2006 Wrangler TJ models. This hoist does not cover 07-newer JK and JL models. Thanks for your inquiry.
When fully retracted what is the distance between the ceiling and top?
That depends on how tall the ceiling is and how far away from the wall that the hoist is.
How many pounds is the power winch rated to lift?
This is a 400 lb winch.
