First off watch the install video before attempting install! I'm a religious written direction follower to the letter and the paper directions are god awful. According to them I was missing parts and discontinued items. The customer service from lange though was very good and gave me clear direction and assurance that I had everything but I had to go to 3 different place to get the correct guidance for the install. The lift is great! The presentation and list of the parts meh.
