I had to use the warranty on this one; it arrived broken at one of the weak points. Quadratec made it right, quickly, and the replacement was in fact from a better molding than the first one; I expect it will hold up better than the first one would have. Thanks Quadratec for standing behind your products!

I must have gotten one made a Friday. I have not been able to get it to sit in a position without the fan grinding into it. Which has now subsequently ruined it.
