Are these stamped "Made in Spain" on the body, or are they a "licensed" copy made somewhere else?

I just learned that the weber 34/36 carburetor I purchased from quadratec years ago is a clone. Been fighting with this thing for years. Is this 38 an actual weber 38 or is it a fake.

Can the Weber 38 DGES be mounted on a 4-barrel intake manifold? If so, what if any adapters will be required?
Custom adapters would be necessary. We do not carry the block off plates to covert 4BBL to 2BBL
