Nice set up & most of it is well-made except for the rubber feet on the cell phone clamp. I only had the holder for a couple of months when the top rubber piece broke off then a month later the bottom piece broke off. The cell phone barely stays in place. It always pops out when there is a lot of vibrations or a bump. I’m disappointed because it got pretty good reviews but for the price I expected better.

Very easy installation and I love having my phone in that location. On bumpier roads the phone does tend to fall out, though.

Works well while it lasts. The rubber ear keeps breaking off where the steel support encased in the rubber ends and the rest of the rubber ear continues. I just broke the 3rd one in 2 1/2 years. It is a very poor design IMO. I am removing it and going with something else.

Works for city driving only. Do not expect this to hold your phone if you are on very rough roads. Was hoping that we would be able to use this in our wrangler to hold phone while overlanding, but one good bounce and the phone pops out of the holder.

This worked well for almost 2 years. I found it was better to pull it up then slide the phone in. The rubber broke on one side when I tried to use the phone to push it down. I'm going to try another one before swapping to another version. I like the height of this. I think it would work better if they extended the hard part where the phone sits. The rubber at the end doesn't really do much at all.

It would also be nice if they offered some that could be used for the secondary screw. I have a solar charger and it would be great to put it in that spot to charge but I can't find anything that would allow me to do it.

Works ok but needs constant attention to tighten and phone will fall out when bumpy.

This is an ok product. As others stated the supplied clips are worthless. Fitment is a bit sloppy and when the phone is in the cradle it shakes around a lot. Don’t think I’d purchase again if this one breaks.

Works ok, kind of cheaply made but could be worse
