Should be a relatively easy install with an upgrade from the old glass tube style fuses, and will give me peace of mind compared to the crusty old fuse box and wiring I have now.

I would give this product ten stars if I could. I am neither a mechanic nor electrical engineer(what I thought I would have to be), and when I opened their box, I thought I bit off more than I could chew. But it was really easy, and I have peace of mind knowing ALL my wiring is right and new. HIGHLY recommend!

No, rewiring your Jeep is not easy. But, if you buy this kit, it will feel easy. Even if a previous owner has unhooked, rerouted and sloppily rewired everything under the dashboard and unhooked most of the wires in the engine compartment. This kit will render even that atrocity surmountable. I highly recommend. All the other reviews are true.

This kit is worth every penny. Follow the directions and every light, switch and gauge(provided they already work) will function better than new.

Excellent product. I rewired my '79 CJ-5. As others have said the 100 plus page manual is the real star of this system. It explains in detail (laymen terms) with multiple pics how rewire your jeep simply and efficiently as well as giving an education on how your Jeeps electrical system works. I am not a mechanic and was able to rewire the jeep with only a few hiccups.
I liked this kit with all the terminals and connectors included. It saved a lot of time although it is more money. I do recommend buying then appropriate tools needed. I also purchased extra loom which was needed. I would and probably will buy their products again. If you are anxious about rewiring just try this kit. It works.
