Yes, it is compatible with our receiver hitch. For 4 door JK and JL models a 300 lbs capacity will not exceed the hitches tongue weight capacity. 2 door models will be limited to 200 lbs on tongue weight. Thanks for your inquiry.

From the face of the hitch to the rack is 12", we recommend measuring before purchase to see if it will clear your tire.
Can the rack be assembled so the receiver tube ends up holding the rack lower than the hitch so the rear gate can clear the rack?
