Will these work as a reverse light on a 2017 JKU sport. plug and play.
Yes the manufacturer has this listed for the back up lamp, parking and brake lamp all found in the corner housings

No, the taillights on a TJ use a #2057 universal bulb seat. This is a 3157.
will these work as headlights for 97-06
Headlights for a TJ need to be H4 connector style
Will these work on 05 tj rubicon front running lights. Just install fender flare with led running light and rear led brake light kit with led flasher relay.
Unfortunately these will be too long to fit in the stock housing. The sockets are the same and would accommodate the LED but you would have to modify the back
Will I need load equalizers for use on my JK Rubicon?
To function like the original halogen lights a resistor will need to be installed somewhere between the light and the main vehicle wiring
