It is not a straight forward replacement, but it does fit. The speeds are not
In sequence with the factory settings.

Ordered for'97 TJ Sport. It fits to the wiring harness but it is the wrong fitment to the control panel. The control knob shaft is too small for the dash and knob.
So in essence it does NOT fit the '97. I will be returning.

Pretty unsatisfied with this particular switch, bought two in the last 7 months, the first was good for awhile, and the second I just installed, lasted one day and is already going out. Definitely getting a different brand next time.
