Can the flicker be tuned out by JScan or must we pay a dealer?
Yes, several brands of handheld programmers can re-program for the change from halogen to LED. You can also choose to have a dealership do it, however, there are many other benefits to having a programmer for your vehicle.

Hi. Since these headlamps do not support an anti-flickering harness, has there been any reports of flicking to your knowledge?
Yes they will flicker in most cases. The correction for the flicker is controlled by the factory and needs to be correct through the dealership via flash module.

What is the brightness low and high beam. Lumen?
High Beams are 3600 Lumens & Low Beams are 1800 Lumens.

Is an anti flicker harness needed for a 2013JK?
At this point there is not an anti flicker harness (or pulse width modulator) that will plug into these lights. MOPAR designed these headlights to plug directly into the factory harness.
