Seem to work pretty good. Installation was easy and no issues such as wrong size hole or way over size

The original ones on my CJ were in such bad shape I thought they were cheap plastic - but no, they're leather! Fit right on, but I'm a bit skeptical about how well/how long they last. Surely they could make these out of some sort of water-impervious plastic?
