The OME SD 40 is a great replacement for an OEM style steering stabilizer especially if you are using larger than stock tires. A couple of tips for your installation...
1) you need a good tie rod puller, I used the OTC one, it got the job done to remove the old one, that tapered stud is otherwise difficult to get out. I tried a cheap pitman arm puller first, but I could see it was starting to bend. Before it went flying, I changed to the OTC tie rod puller.
2) the bushings on the OME are a tight fit in the axle side mount, grease em with some silicone grease and use a screwdriver to lever the hole in the bushing into the correct position to insert the OE bolt.
That's about it, the main thing is dealing with the tapered stud just like the ball joint style sway bar links on a 96-98 ZJ.
