Do you offer a deck cover that can use the snaps from an original soft top, in lieu of the Best Top rail system?
No, we do not currently offer a duster deck cover that mounts using traditional factory soft-top snaps. Modern replacement deck covers, such as the Bestop Duster Deck Cover, are engineered to use the continuous BeltRail channel mounting system rather than individual body snaps for a tighter seal and better weather resistance.

Do you have to remove the rails to put on a hard top?

Do you have to use the strapless bikini top with the deck cover? I can’t tell from the picture if I am able to use the current bikini top with straps?

Does the Besttop Duster Deck Cover come with the necessary rails to mount for snug fit? I have a hard top YJ and would like the cover versus the hard top for year round use, but want to make sure I have everything to mount.
