The threads on the shaft are metric M10 but they sent a 3/8 nut. Other than that it is good quality and fits my 1984 CJ-7

Didn't fit. My 1978 cj5 has brackets for stabilizer straight shafts at BOTH ends

This item does not fit a 1982 Jeep CJ-7 the straight 6. Giving it a 3 to be fair. The part looks to be a of decent quality. Just can't use it.
