Knob looks like original and installed easily. I do wish the shift pattern medallion was installed before shipping. It was had to get centered in the recess.

Works great. I would give it 5 stars if the decal with the 2H 4H N 4L were put on from the factory.

The hot water trick works perfectly. Be sure to line up the insert before pressing it in. It has a good factory look.
