Can a 5-point harness be used with this seat? Does it have a slot for the crotch belt?
No, the Rugged Ridge Super Seat (Standard High-Back) is designed as a factory-style replacement and does not support a 5-point harness. It does not have a slot for a crotch belt (sub-strap) or shoulder harness pass-throughs.
This seat is intended for restoration projects and daily driving rather than competitive racing or heavy off-roading, where a multi-point harness is required.

Does Rugged Ridge offer a complete mounting bracket for these seats. I do not want to use any part of my existing OEM seat brackets. I am trying to correct an offset and crooked mounting condition with the drivers side seat. Also, do you know if a new bracket will correct this condition using the existing factory mounting holes? Thanks, Ric
Bolt directly to factory slider mount holes (Some drilling is required without a seat slider). *97-02 Jeep Wrangler TJ require seat adapter brackets. That said, we do have OEM replacements for seat brackets that can be purchased separately.

The seat has a bottom dimension of 21.5" wide (side to side) and 19.75" deep (front to back). The back is 34" tall and also 21.5" wide. Thank you for the question.

What is the difference between this Super Seat and the RR XHD Ultra Seat?
Each XHD Seat is designed to allow full functionality on 97-06 Wranglers. The unique design incorporates the factory front slider feature along with a built-in reclining mechanism for driver comfort. The factory slide and tumble feature can be used by simply adding on the optional fold and tumble bracket kit. The XHD model also can be used in Cherokee models. Thanks for your inquiry.
