Great basic rear seat for not a ton of money. Does not fold and tumble but is pretty easy to remove from the CJ5 as needed.

the quality of the seat and components are good, looks good in the jeep as well. Not bad for the price.

Slightly different from OEM, the release bracket is not on the side but on the bottom which will cause you to remove the fuel cell to replace.
