Is the transverse floor support also included. It runs perpendicular to the inboard and outboard supports
If you need the transverse floor support, you need to purchase it separately.

Yes this will work for the CJ8 as well, we have amended the fitment

Are the holes pre drilled for seat and seatbelt bolts?
Yes, they are, and nuts are welded in place

One additional question, on the bottom of the cj are supports that are welded to the floor. Are these cross braces in place on your pice? Also, the seat mount bolts are welded to the supports. Are those included as well?
