I just bought a used 1989 Jeep Wrangler YJ. it has 150,287 miles on the stock parts all the way around. I reviewed some questions and answers. I want to confirm, that this cover will fit both the front and rear diff for my RIG? Sorry, I/we are new Jeepers thus asking for a friend. Cheers
As long as both axles are Dana 44s, yes, this is for either axle position.

Yes, we ship this in a brown cardboard box packed with filler paper. the box this ships in is usually 12x10x9

I’m confused here. I have a 2008 Jeep JK 2 door Rubicon which you are stating above that this gaskets fits this model, yet my build paperwork states this Jeep has Dana 44HD axles in it which the ads says it doesn’t fit? Will it fit? It looks like the correct shape.
All Jeep JK Rubicon Dana 44 were the same. The "HD" title was given to the Rubicons as they had a 32 spline count. This will fit all JK Rubicon and non-Rubicon D44 axles.

Yes this will work on all production JK Wrangler Dana 44 axles (Rubicon and Non-Rubicon)

Is this item compatible with the "JL Rubicon" and its Dana 44 ? I ask this question because it seems to me that the Dana 44 for the JL have 12 holes and on the picture there are 10!?
Per Lubelocker: This fits Dana 44 Axles, but DOES NOT FIT 44A, 44HD, or Nissan 44. The Rubicon JL Dana 44 is considered a Dana 44 HD. I do not see a Lubelocker for the Dana 44 HD at this time.
