Hey, these things are awesome. I don't know why they put the front speakers aimed at my knees. These speakers round out what the sound was missing.
For those reluctant because of lack of skill, it's real simple. Although the instructions tell you to pretty much disassemble the entire dash, that is not necessary.
After upgrading the entire stereo system with better speakers, subwoofers, and amp there was still something missing . These were much needed to round out the system and very easy to install. Highly recommended !
These little tweeters solved the problem of the layer of sound missing from my TJ's fully upgrade to Pioneer speakers, Pioneer double din head unit, and Bazooka amplified subwoofer/Base Tube System.
The ease of install was also fantastic and the thoughtful wiring and directions... great.
These are a must have if you wanna hear any music/sound when the top is down! Super easy to install, they are tucked nicely on the dash, and while I don’t get depth of sound (eg. no bass), I can at least hear music point at me (versus the TJ front speaker that point to the floor

Easy/simple hookup
Shipping and install were quick. The position of these tweeters makes a big difference to the sound in the front seats. Previously I would mostly hear the highs coming from the sound bar behind my head, but now I'm getting that from the front of the jeep. I would recommend these to others for sure.
Nice, gives balance
My jeep definitely needed the highs to be physically raised up a bit. These tweeters make for a taller front sound stage and make up for the naturally-muffled nature of speakers that fire toward your knees and down into the headrests. Even with the full Kicker upgrade and a new center console sub, my sound system sounded muffled and dominated by mids-lows, but not anymore!
