Reviews for Quadratec Delrin Replacement Door Hinge Bushings for 07-24 Jeep Wrangler JK & JL 2 Door

The new bushings installed with no problems. I used a step bit on a drill and removed the top flange of the bushing with it and then pounded the old bushings out from the top. It took me about 15 minutes to remove all 4 of them. This is the only good way to remove the old bushings. I then put a gun cleaning bore brush in my drill and cleaned out the hinge. After that I sprayed the new bushings down with white lithium grease and pushed them in by hand.

My doors slide off a lot better now. Makes taking them off and putting them on a whole lot easier. Instructions were simple to follow.

I like the fact that is Delrin and the tap out tool is included.

Quality parts good fitment

Wanted Delrin and only needed a set if 4. Others sold in sets of 8. Quaratec price is very high compared to competitors but I only needed a set of 4.
