Can you use Permatex® Anti-Seize Lubricant with these bushings? Thank you.

No, you should NOT use anti-seize on Delrin replacement door hinge bushings.
Delrin is Self-Lubricating: Delrin (Polyoxymethylene or POM) is an engineering thermoplastic known for its low coefficient of friction and excellent self-lubricating properties. It's designed to operate smoothly against other materials without the need for external lubrication.
Anti-Seize Can Attract Dirt and Debris: Anti-seize compounds are typically thick and sticky. Applying them to Delrin bushings can attract and trap dirt, dust, and other debris. This abrasive material can then embed itself in the relatively softer Delrin over time, potentially leading to increased wear and binding rather than smooth operation.
Potential for Swelling or Degradation (Less Likely, but Possible): While Delrin has good chemical resistance, prolonged exposure to certain chemicals in some anti-seize compounds could theoretically cause swelling or minor degradation of the plastic over a very long period. This is less of a concern than the dirt and debris issue, but it's still a factor to consider.
Designed for Dry Operation: Delrin bushings are intended to be installed and operated dry. The material itself provides the necessary slipperiness for the hinge to move smoothly.

What is the warranty for these?

This carries a 3 year warranty. Thank you for the question.

I should have replaced my bushings a long time ago on my 13 JKU. Now I can't get the doors off to start this project. Any secrets to help get the doors off?

Gentle use of a floor jack and some PB Blaster or a lubricant to spray on the hinge area seized should aid in releasing the doors for the bushing change.

I bought these and have not yet installed. The instructions say to use grease at some point. Do you sell the recommended grease and if not, where can I get it and what kind should I get?

Synthetic multi purpose grease by a brand Super Lube works really well for this job. Thanks for your inquiry.
