One of my fav mods on my TJ!

This was a PITA to install considering I had never used a hole saw or angle grinder before, but the instructions were very good and it looks great! This was a great option for the fading hood on my TJ. Pro tip though, pre drill the holes for the hole saw. Don’t try to go straight in with the hole saw bit. I bent a bit doing that and gouged the hood in a couple places. Didn’t matter of course since I was cutting that part out anyhow. In my pics included you can clearly see how my holes got better after figuring it out.

Easy to install if you have even the slightest bit of aptitude. Looks really great, and gives your Jeep an aggressive appearance. I was a bit scared at first to cut into my hood, but installation was super easy, and the template makes it practically foolproof.

Absolutely love my hood louver. Them template they give you is easy to work with but also easy to tear. I can hover my hand over the louver and feel the heat from the engine bay. The best bang for your buck!

Was expecting a nice product but what I got was more than expected. Very high quality and very detailed instructions with a scaled template. Was looking at others that had a lower cost but thank goodness I did not get them.

With the LT-1 conversion in my TJ I had no engine temp problems. My issue was engine compartment/firewall temp which my wife would remind me of periodically :). Cutting gapping holes in you hood is always a treat but the template makes it really flawless. I hindsight I probably was trying to be too exact. Total installation time was about 2.5 hours. Quality of the product is good but you would expect nothing less really with a piece that is stamped. Seems to have greatly reduce my heat issues (obviously).
