Yes, they do have both planar (flat) and convex mirrors.

Do these fit 1990 YJ with full doors
Not directly, but if you drill mirror mounting holes in your door hinges or replace the hinges with a set that has mirror mounting holes, they can be made to fit. Thanks for your inquiry.

Dose it come with screws? If so are they black to match the mirrors or stainless?
These reuse the original mirror mounting screws.
