Technically no. Check the suggestion of the tire manufacturer you have chosen, but the 31x10.50 for example by BF Goodrich is suggested to be on a 7-9" wide wheel. Thanks for your inquiry.

I have a base YJ Wrangler (no lift kit) what size tire would work best with these wheels?
28" is the outer diameter that is stock on that Jeep, but up to a 30 x 9.50 is okay with no lift. 31" I would suggest a shackle lift of add a leaf. That is assuming the springs are not completely worn out and need attention due to sagging. Thanks for your inquiry.

I'm needing rims where the tire is tucked inside factory fender flares. Are these rims 15x8 offset to allow for this ?
The backspace on this wheel is less than factory so this will be out wider than stock. Backspace closer to 6" will keep you in the fender flare coverage area depending on the tire size used. Thanks for your inquiry.
