Instructions say that these panels are screwed on at underside as well as taped on the side, is this correct? your previous answer implies that these only require tape to secure to the body.
Yes, that is correct. The installation instructions for these rocker panels require a dual-attachment method for a secure hold:

Automotive Tape: The vertical face of the panel secures to the side of the body using high-strength pre-applied automotive-grade adhesive tape.

Underside Screws: The panels also use mechanical fasteners/screws along the bottom flange that screw directly into the underside of the body tub to provide extra support and prevent the panel from peeling away.

Do these panels require drilling into the side body of the jeep or are the screws for the underside and the 3M tape holds the piece to the body?
These install with adhesive tape that has been applied at the factory. Simply pull the tape to expose and apply to clean, smooth surface.

Yes, these panels install onto the body of the Jeep.
Will they fit a 2006 unlimited?
